Lindsay Shackelton, MA, LPCC, PMH-C

Lindsay Shackelton, M.A., LPCC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. She is certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and has specialized training in supporting those facing infertility through the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Lindsay is also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference Based - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Lindsay works with adolescents and adults, with a special focus on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility, depression, anxiety, and OCD. She takes a gentle, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet her clients’ unique needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Strengths-Based Therapy—Lindsay helps clients feel supported while building the tools they need for growth and healing.

In addition to her clinical work, Lindsay is an approved supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, providing guidance and mentorship for LPC and LPCC applicants.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family and dog.

Rebecca Murphy, PsyD, LP, PMH-C

Dr. Murphy (she/her) is a Licensed Psychologist (L.P.) with a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology (Psy.D.) and a strong passion for supporting individuals through the perinatal period. She is certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and has specialized training in evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, OCD, psychosis, birth trauma, and adjustment challenges during pregnancy and postpartum.

Dr. Murphy has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, school-based mental health programs, and day treatment centers. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp), mindfulness-based strategies, and other therapies tailored to the unique needs of the perinatal population.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and completed her master’s and doctorate degrees at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Dr. Murphy completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Minnesota’s Department of Psychiatry.

Dr. Murphy is a member of the Society for Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology within the American Psychological Association and is credentialed as a National Register Health Service Psychologist. She is also an approved supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT) for LPC and LPCC licensure candidates.

As a mother herself, Dr. Murphy understands the joys and challenges of the parenting journey. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys traveling, going for walks, and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
